Your job is more than a job.

Be the Expert Behind Exceptional Care.

At LCMC Health, quality isn't just a goal-it's a commitment. We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator who is passionate about healthcare excellence and thrives on keeping organizations survey-ready, compliant, and continuously improving.

If you're the person who enjoys connecting the dots, collaborating with leaders across the organization, and turning complex regulations into actionable strategies, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

As our Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you'll be a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, helping ensure we consistently meet-and exceed-the standards established by regulatory and accrediting agencies.

You'll:

  • Lead organization-wide regulatory readiness efforts for agencies such as The Joint Commission, CMS, and state licensing bodies.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen policies, processes, and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate mock surveys, readiness activities, and accreditation preparations.
  • Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive quality outcomes.
  • Conduct clinical record audits and monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports, action plans, and communications for regulatory agencies.
  • Educate and support multidisciplinary teams on new and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key resource during surveys, helping showcase the exceptional care our teams provide every day.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines regulatory expertise with a collaborative mindset.

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy
  • Current RN or RRT license
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
  • At least 1 year of regulatory or compliance experience

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for quality improvement and patient safety

Why You'll Love This Role

This isn't a behind-the-scenes compliance position-it's an opportunity to influence the quality and safety of care across an entire organization. Every audit you perform, every leader you coach, and every improvement you champion helps ensure our patients receive the safest, highest-quality care possible.

At LCMC Health, you'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals who believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. If you're ready to be a strategic partner, a trusted resource, and a champion for excellence, we'd love to meet you.

Join us and help shape the future of quality, safety, and regulatory excellence at LCMC Health.
