Position: Compliance & Regulatory Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$90–$125/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build long-horizon compliance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Develop scenarios in policy and program design, regulatory tracking, and assessments with checkable answers.
• Create policies and training materials covering required elements and defined curricula.
• Conduct rule change analyses with ground-truth applicability decisions.
• Design risk assessments with defined scoring and DPIAs with correct control mappings.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.
• Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act.
• Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos.
• Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Preferred

• CIPP, CAMS, JD, or equivalent certifications.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly.
