    Regulatory Compliance Manager

    Position Overview:
    The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring Rivers Casino Pittsburgh’s adherence to regulatory requirements, including Title 31, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, state regulations, and company policies. This role is critical in maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance across all departments and serves as a liaison with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Ensure compliance with Title 31, OFAC, AML, state regulations, and internal company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive Title 31 compliance procedures.
    • Train and develop team members to ensure they fully understand company operating procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Review and report Title 31 filings accurately and promptly.
    • Collaborate with operations management across all levels to support systems, reporting, and related needs.
    • Assist in drafting and submitting revisions to the Internal Control System as directed by the Director of Compliance and General Manager.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
    • Help plan, coordinate, and execute regulatory compliance activities to optimize support across departments with a focus on proactive measures to ensure compliance.
    • Serve as the primary contact and liaison with the PGCB, handling requests, responses, investigations, and communications, especially in the absence of the Director of Compliance.

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
    • Knowledge of auditing procedures and the ability to identify potential compliance issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively to groups.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Ability to interpret complex documents such as internal controls and manuals.
    • Ability to follow instructions and procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Willingness to travel and participate in training as required.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and guests

    Certifications:

    • Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania G-2 License.  Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

     Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting
    • Regular bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
