Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements
Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance expectations and delivery timelines
Work against defined SLAs and timelines to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation
Interpret and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business insights
Support regulatory reporting and data analysis efforts
Engage with cross-functional teams within CIB and frontline business units
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes
Key Requirements:

Relevant Business Analyst experience
Strong background in regulatory and compliance initiatives (US or Global)
Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations
Proven ability to assess regulatory impact across business functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
