Salary Range: NT$650,000-$715,000

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Summary:

Support the Regulatory Compliance team by managing daily document control, maintaining regulatory databases, and coordinating administrative activities. This role helps ensure that regulatory and certification records for company products remain accurate, complete, organized, and reliable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Regulatory Document Management

  • Maintain certification reports and certificates.
  • Organize, upload, archive, and file regulatory documentation.
  • Manage document version control and retention records.
  • Help establish and maintain document repositories and filing systems.

Database Maintenance

  • Update product certification status and compliance records.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to confirm data accuracy and completeness.

Certification Administrative Support

  • Prepare certification application packages and supporting documents.
  • Organize testing and certification records.
  • Track receipt and distribution of reports and certificates.
  • Maintain certification document archives.

Expense and Data Management

  • Support payment requests and invoice reconciliation.
  • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets and status reports.

General Administrative Support

  • Format and organize compliance-related documents.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Update routine reports and trackers.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic English communication skills, including the ability to read technical documents and communicate through routine business emails.
  • Experience in data administration, document control, or administrative support.
  • Experience in document control or records management.
  • Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or certification-related activities.
