Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a **Regulatory Compliance Analyst IV** at the **San Diego, CA** office. **Key Responsibilities:** + Research and interpret California State regulations related to school facility funding. + Identify and evaluate available funding opportunities. + Prepare and submit accurate grant applications and all related documentation. + Prepare and/or support preparation of expense reports for auditors. + Collaborate with internal teams, attorneys, CPAs, and administrative agencies to gather required information. + Maintain organized records of all grant-related materials. + Work with IT staff to define data requirements and support grant tracking systems. + Communicate clearly and effectively across departments to ensure compliance with funding guidelines. + Understanding of financial and project management software systems. + Familiarity with OPSC and CDE online systems. + Knowledge of eligibility establishment and update. + Analyze problems and propose solutions related to funding and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 7 years of experience with California state funding programs. + Deep understanding of public-school facility program regulations and public construction requirements. + Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with coding concepts and database structures. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Highly organized and detail oriented. + Solid excel and spreadsheet experience **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is not available for this role.
