    Chipton-Ross is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst 2 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

    • Bachelor's degree in related field and 3 years of relevant professional experience or 9 years as a qualified RCT at NNS. Master's degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience.
    • Experience with government contracting including knowledge of the FAR/DFARS
    • Experience conducting audits and assessments
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in an agile environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures.
    • Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met.
    • Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
    • May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
    • May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's Degree is required.

    School must be accredited.

    WORK HOURS

    Full-Time 5/40 workweek. First Shift 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

    Travel: Up to 10% of the time

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
