As a Licensing Board Manager, your primary role is to oversee the operations and regulatory functions of multiple licensing boards and programs within OPOR. The licensing boards and programs may include physical and behavioral health care practitioners and various other trades and occupations. In addition to program-specific responsibilities, the position serves as a member of the OPOR senior management team serving as legislative, rulemaking and financial advisors to the Director of OPOR. Work is performed under limited supervision by the Director. The position is primarily office-based with supervisory responsibilities for support staff and investigators. Limited hybrid may be considered depending on the candidate and operation needs of OPOR. The position reports to the Director of OPOR and works collaboratively with other board managers.

Minimum qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in administration, including budgetary and personnel responsibility. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
