ETC is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to support regulatory compliance programs across our products and manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll monitor emerging regulations, assess business impacts, support product certifications, and collaborate with teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain.     Representative Responsibilities:

    Monitors and analyzes applicable domestic and international regulatory requirements

    Monitor, review, and interpret new laws, regulations, guidance, and other requirements that may impact the organization

    Evaluate proposed and enacted regulatory changes and assess potential operational, financial, product, and compliance impacts

    Maintain awareness of regulatory trends and emerging compliance risks affecting the organization

    Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining regulatory compliance programs, processes, and initiatives

    Support internal compliance reviews, audits, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries

    Supports the implementation & maintenance of compliance programs

    Maintains regulatory records and certification

    Prepare, organize, and support documentation for product certifications, regulatory submissions, permits, and compliance reporting

    Coordinate certificate renewals, ongoing compliance activities, and maintenance of regulatory tracking systems and databases

    Ensure required compliance records are accurate, current, complete, and readily available for internal and external review

    Maintains regulatory records and certifications

    Prepare regulatory impact assessments, summaries, briefings, and recommendations for management and business stakeholders

    Develop and maintain regulatory dashboards, compliance metrics, implementation trackers, and management reports

    Analyze compliance trends, implementation status, and program effectiveness.

    Identify opportunities to improve regulatory monitoring, documentation, reporting, and compliance management processes

    Provides cross-functional collaboration and communication

    Communicate regulatory requirements, updates, risks, and business implications to internal stakeholders

    Collaborate with legal, engineering, product management, quality, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, sales, and service teams to support compliance throughout the product lifecycle

    Support regulatory review of new products, product changes, component changes, supplier changes, and international market-entry activities. Develop and maintain regulatory guidance materials, reference materials, and internal training resources.

    Support responses to routine customer, internal, and external regulatory inquiries

    Participate in global compliance teams and regulatory projects

    Other duties as requested or assigned

    Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree or 8 years comparable business experience in increasingly responsible positions in the related discipline

    2-5 years of related experience in regulatory compliance, product compliance, or related field.

    Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks without general supervision

    Working knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements affecting manufacturing, products, materials, or supply chains

    Strong analytical, research, documentation, and organizational skills

    Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business and product contexts

    Ability to identify regulatory risks, business impacts, and practical implementation considerations

    Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear summaries and recommendations

    Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables.

    Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting tools, compliance databases, or regulatory management systems
