Job Description :
  • Regulatory Analyst would be responsible for reviewing basic regulatory information to ensure accuracy between reference information and graphic/database content.
  • Position requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, data validation, collaboration, and time management.
  • Individual would also be responsible for tracking discrepancies and working with internal leadership and our 3rd party vendor to ensure continuous improvement in data quality.
Main Duties:
  • Review and proofread graphic/database content to ensure consistency with reference information.
  • Apply analytical thinking to interpret data patterns and trends and logical reasoning to assess data integrity.
  • Utilize data validation techniques to cross-check between different data sources, using both automated and manual review processes.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accurate review of all information.
  • Document any inconsistencies and perform analyses on trends and issues for escalation to leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Typical Day:
  • Review of graphic/database content to reference information to ensure accurate translation of material.
  • Data management, including the logging of errors or discrepancies and analysis of trends for escalation to leadership.
  • Communication with Regulatory teams to ensure accurate representation of all products.
