Job Description :
- Regulatory Analyst would be responsible for reviewing basic regulatory information to ensure accuracy between reference information and graphic/database content.
- Position requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, data validation, collaboration, and time management.
- Individual would also be responsible for tracking discrepancies and working with internal leadership and our 3rd party vendor to ensure continuous improvement in data quality.
Main Duties:
- Review and proofread graphic/database content to ensure consistency with reference information.
- Apply analytical thinking to interpret data patterns and trends and logical reasoning to assess data integrity.
- Utilize data validation techniques to cross-check between different data sources, using both automated and manual review processes.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accurate review of all information.
- Document any inconsistencies and perform analyses on trends and issues for escalation to leadership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Typical Day:
- Review of graphic/database content to reference information to ensure accurate translation of material.
- Data management, including the logging of errors or discrepancies and analysis of trends for escalation to leadership.
- Communication with Regulatory teams to ensure accurate representation of all products.
