PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regulatory analyst will work under the direction of the Company's in-house attorneys, supporting the development of various infrastructure projects for National Fuel's federally regulated interstate pipeline business. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, compiling and submitting regulatory filings related to the construction and/or abandonment of facilities, working with various National Fuel internal departments, as well as coordinating the efforts of Company and contractor personnel, as needed.
  • Assisting with data request responses, project-related compliance filings and tracking, and interacting, as needed, with regulatory staff.
  • Assembling and submitting various federal pipeline tariff filings
  • Legal and internet research, as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Political Science, Paralegal/Legal Studies or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical skills are critical
  • Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, time-management, confidentiality and interpersonal skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet research

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous relevant experience compiling and submitting regulatory filings

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $62,500 - $82,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
