A Day in the Life:

As a Regulatory Affairs Operations Manager, you will lead regulatory execution in one of our most dynamic markets. Drive FSSAI engagement, support supply chain operations, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements. Own end-to-end project delivery by partnering with bottlers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant labels, registrations, and market readiness. Act as the key regulatory liaison, streamlining processes and keeping products moving in a high-complexity environment.

The Impact You'll Make:

Strategic Project Management

• Develop timelines to ensure a properly integrated registration process.
• Lead regulatory strategy for registrations and problem solving.
• Lead registration efforts with local outside counsel and government authorities to ensure that projects are managed according to corporate brand and product strategy.
• Lead strategic discussions with outside legal counsel to develop regulatory strategy.
• Responsible for developing a regulatory strategy and compliance scheme in dynamic, ever-changing markets.
• Assess risk and develop registration, formulation, labeling plan accordingly.

Regulatory Problem Solving

• Serve as the go-to expert for regulatory problem-solving, providing clear direction in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and drive proactive solutions to keep projects moving at speed.
• Balance compliance requirements with commercial priorities to support business success.

Influence Stakeholders & Build Strategic Partnerships

• Establish a clear direction in unclear territories based on educated risk assessment based on high level strategic thinking.
• Identify and proactively address bottlenecks in cross-functional projects.

Strategic Management

• Maintaining key Bottler, Government and Food & Beverage Association relationships.
• Map and document key business processes to improve clarity and efficiency.
• Facilitate internal education on regulatory and operational workflows.

Regulatory Support to Supply Chain

• Support local execution of lifecycle-related activities (e.g., translations, import clearance, artwork coordination, tax compliance). 
• Lead Consumer relations initiatives to develop FAQ across ROW with regional RA OPS Assist Director with the development of internal regulatory policies and best practices to retain knowledge, improve accuracy and streamline processes. 
• Collaborate with Regulatory peers in ROW to document decisions regarding the product portfolio to enable faster decision making in future.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field of study.

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory, compliance, including labeling and registration management, formulation, and ingredient compliance within a regulated industry.

• 7+ years of experience in technical roles (Quality and R&D) with a proven record of an understanding of ingredient, formulations, manufacturing and supply chain

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.

• Professional project management certification (PMP, PMI, or equivalent) is a plus.

• Industry experience within Food & Beverage, Dietary Supplements, or Medical Devices is highly preferred.
