Job Description:
This job is responsible for defining the engineering approach within an end-to-end technology stack. This job will align to a technical domain but acts as contributor to multiple cross functional teams. Key responsibilities include engaging in development and production environments to identify and improve performance/capacity issues and creating and ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise standards. Job expectations include providing and contributing to improvements in solution design, testing, and delivery practices.

Work in close partnership with enterprise stakeholders to ensure effective execution of routines such as change, capacity, inventory, problem management, as well as non-permitted technology. Candidate should have excellent analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, and a process improvement mind-set. The candidate will develop working relationships with operations, project, and technology teams along with process owners while building trust and confidence at all levels. The ideal candidate will be a strong contributor and a self-starter who can analyze data and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo.
Responsibilities:
Work with operational excellence team to establish high-level solution needs and with cross tower teams for technical requirements and implementation.
Analyze technical data processing routines and drive solutions that will promote process efficiency and controls across EET.
Operational Excellence strategic initiatives focused on driving a culture of continuous improvements.
Accountable for oversight of technical, process, and service deliverables against different risk programs.
Design service management improvement plans and automate tasks to improve services and reduce issues.
Accountable for inventory service management processes and improvements.
Engagement of other teams to identify and document dependencies; takes ownership of relationship and escalation as required to meet objective.
Enable the use of data to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the stability of environment through lifecycle management.
Create appropriate measurement, reporting, and monitoring metrics that provide guidance for process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, time and project management skills; able to effectively manage multiple work streams.
Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills; able to handle complex information with accuracy and intense attention to detail.
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure.
Expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve manual processes.
Skilled in producing clear, data-driven reports and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis and business workflow development.
Clear and effective written and verbal communications in a professional environment with all levels of customers and leadership.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow for IT service management processes.
Eagerness and capability to learn and apply new technology solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of analysis and project management disciplines, processes, and tools.
Experience in monitoring and managing issues, risks, and dependencies.
Experience with the appropriate methods and tools (i.e., workshops, process flow, Visio, BPML) to document system designs, data flows and dependencies.
Working knowledge of SQL and database tools to extract and manipulate data to support process analysis and improvements.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
Experience building prototype for data processes, automation workflows, and visualization dashboards and providing support during build/implementation.
Technical writer with voice and video platform support/engineering expertise.
Knowledge of networking concepts across multiple platforms, including LAN/WAN, network protocols and routing, server operating systems, IP networking, and internet/intranet technologies.
Document new workflows, automation scripts, and changes for internal reference.
Experience in an Agile managed organization using products such as Jira, Kanban, and Confluence

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$100,100.00 - $153,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
