IT Program Manager III
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
This position is for a Product Manager responsible for product planning and execution for Data Retention and Supervision technologies for Electronic Communication data. The role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations, and support teams. The objective is to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals while ensuring initiatives align with the companys overall strategy.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years as an Information Technology professional, with 3-5 years in Product Management. Demonstrated success in defining and launching products. Prior experience in a high-volume production environment is required. Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements for retention, supervision, and discovery of electronic communication.
