Regulated Manufacturing Document Control Coordinator

Position snapshot
- Type: Temp to Hire – Full-Time, On-Site
- Reports to: VP of Quality and Regulatory
- Location: North Hollywood, CA (Los Angeles County)
- Compensation: $20.00–24.00 per hour
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Your mission
- Evaluate batch, production, and quality records for GDP: accuracy, completeness, and legibility.
- Identify and route discrepancies for correction before sign-off.
- Ensure all entries are dated, initialed, and free of unauthorized edits.
- Execute and reconcile ERP inventory builds and transactions to match physical inventory.
- Organize, file, scan, and archive documents following retention standards.
- Prepare documentation packets for internal audits and inspections.
- Track and surface recurring documentation issues for corrective action.
- Maintain logs, forms, and templates used across quality and inventory processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Inventory, and Quality to resolve discrepancies.
- Safeguard confidentiality and data integrity of records.
- Assist with other quality systems, inventory, or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years in quality, document control, inventory, or manufacturing support.
- Familiarity with GDP and regulatory recordkeeping.
- Experience using ERP or similar production/inventory software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; strong organization.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
- Exposure to cGMP/GDP or regulated consumer products (cosmetics, supplements, food, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Internal/external audit support experience.
- Experience with inventory builds, bills of materials, or production documentation in an ERP.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
Work setting
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods to review documents.
- Move between office, warehouse, and production areas.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Adapt to fast-changing priorities and deadlines.
