Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support the implementation of a regulatory and compliance technology platform. Experience with Archer is needed. This role is based in Midtown Manhattan, requiring 3-days onsite each week.
- Partner with Compliance, IT, and third-party vendors to support the implementation of a regulatory technology platform, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Document current and future-state business processes, functional requirements, workflows, user roles, approval paths, and data integration needs while maintaining project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate UAT, including test case development, acceptance criteria definition, defect tracking, issue resolution, validation of fixes, and end-user readiness activities.
- Support internal governance and approval processes by coordinating submissions, documentation, presentations, security reviews, architecture reviews, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Compliance, IT, and vendor teams.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience with RegTech platforms (ARCHER) is a strict requirement
- Experience supporting API or systems integration projects
- Knowledge of regulatory inventory, obligation management, GRC, or compliance risk management
- Experience supporting SaaS software implementation projects
- Strong requirements gathering and business process documentation experience
- Experience creating functional and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Test case development, defect tracking, and validation experience
- Familiarity with SDLC and implementation lifecycles
- Experience coordinating across business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Understanding of user access models, roles, permissions, and workflow design
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and data mapping activities
- Experience supporting governance, approval, risk, security, or compliance-related initiatives
