Registered Nurse in Palm Springs, CA.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Manager
Location: Palm Springs, CA 92262
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Payrate: $84-$87/hour
Responsibilities:- Coordinate clinical care, including medical necessity, resource utilization, admission, continued stay, discharge, and post-acute care.
- Identify and report care variances, over/underutilization, and compliance with evidence-based and external requirements.
- Document findings clearly and concisely in eCCM and related software.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, payors, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes.
- Stay current with clinical and case management practices.
Qualifications:- Current California RN license
- Minimum 3 years of acute case management experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
