Position Summary: The Registrar Services Specialist position is a full -time, 12- month classified position in the Office of the Registrar at Western Oregon University supports a wide range of critical functions, including customer service, data entry, procedure management, transfer articulation, and catalog/scheduling support. The person in this role will provide direct service to students in areas of registration, information, and assistance in obtaining student records. They will ensure timely accurate evaluation and entry of transfer credits for students to facilitate registration and graduation, support the effective management of course scheduling and catalog management through data entry, proofing, training, and communication. Required Qualifications: Please ensure your application materials clearly demonstrate how you meet the following: High School Diploma or GED 0-6 months of data entry experience 0-6 months of record management experience 0-6 months of customer service experience 0-6 months of procedure management experience Ability to follow established office procedures and workflows 6-12 months of experience using standard office software, including: Adobe, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong problem -solving and critical -thinking abilities Adaptability and flexibility in a fast -paced work environment Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated professionalism and integrity How to Apply: Please upload the following required materials within the application portal.
