    In this role, you will play animportant part in creating a smooth registration experience for patients whilesupporting physicians, families, and healthcare professionals withprofessionalism and exceptional customer service

    Schedule:Full-Time | Nights (12-hour shifts)

    WhatYou’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities

    • Register patients accurately and efficiently in the medical information system
    • Obtain and verify required patient demographic and registration information
    • Follow established registration policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines
    • Provide professional and courteous service to patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals
    • Maintain accurate and complete patient registration records
    • Protect patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
    • Support registration activities within theEmergency Department and/or Outpatient Registration Office
    • Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and process improvement efforts
    • Support innovative changes designed to improve departmental operations and patient experiences
    • Participate in required training, educational opportunities, and professional development activities
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    WhatWe Are Looking For

    • Previous experience in patient registration, healthcare, or customer service preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to provide compassionate and professional customer service
    • Ability to accurately enter and maintain patient information
    • Comfortable working with medical systems and computer applications
    • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
    • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff
    • Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
