Carries out the activities in the ultrasound area in an independent, professional manner with minimal supervision.

Technical or Vocational school plus up to 2 years of specialty training

*Healthcare Provider (CPR)

Qualifications

*A.R.D.M.S. or registry eligible.

*Must possess one ARDMS credential.(Registry eligible candidates must become ARDMS within one year of graduation date).

*Must be a graduate of a Vascular or Cardiovasvula Ultrasound program.

*Must be a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or registry eligible through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with a minimum of one (1) year experience in vascular testing.
