Home Care by Callos, is currently recruiting an experienced Sales/Marketing professional for the position of PRN Registered Nurse Liaison. This position is ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated professional who enjoys being on-the-go and has a passion for making meaningful connections. There is NO PERSONAL CARE.  The Community Liaison  will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources to promote our Home Health services. Additional responsibilities include conducting Caregiver orientations in the office or clients homes.

We are looking for true marketers who get out, hit the pavement, and bring in referrals! Are you looking to earn additional income with a flexible schedule? We're hiring motivated individuals who live in Central Cuyhoga County, preferably in West Park, Parma, or Independence, and are willing to travel throughout Cuyahoga and Summit Counties. We will customize a schedule to meet your need and availability.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop and execute an effective marketing plan to increase referrals for non-medical home health.
• Educate healthcare professionals, facilities, physicians, and community organizations on the benefits and services of Home Care by Callos
• Promote agency goals, mission and values to community partners.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure seamless patient transitions and quality care delivery.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and professional networking events to promote agency services.
• Understand the concepts of territory and time management.
• Remain active and on the go throughout the day visiting referral sources, facilities, and community partners.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

Must have:

• State Licensed RN
• 1 year experience in a medical setting
• Experience working with elderly patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in healthcare sales, marketing or community liaison roles is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time -management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
