Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Job

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• NC licensure
• PALS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• RRT or CRT credential
• 2 years of Respiratory Therapy combined pediatric unit experience within the past 5 years
• Experience with pediatric-only assignments, not mixed age populations
• IPPV/NIPPV ventilator experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1900
• Schedule: 3x12
• 36 hours per week
• This role is within a children’s hospital environment caring for neonate to pediatric patients.
• No floating to other facilities.
• EPIC experience will support faster onboarding through test out.
