Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• 2 years of experience required.
• Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
• Certificates Required: ACLS, BLS, RRT,
• Active RRT SC State License.
• 1 year of EPIC Charting System Experience Required.
• Trauma Level I Experience Required.
• Required experience with Servo U

• Must be proficient in Adult Critical Care Work settings, Extubation, Nasal airway placements, suctioning, oral airway placement, oral suctioning, pulmonary hygiene, sputum specimen collection, tracheostomy care.
• Must be experienced with administering albuterol, Atrovent, combivent, flovent, inhaled steroids, ispurel, lidocaine, perforomist, pulmicort, racemic epinephrine, spiriva, terbutaline sulfate, tobramycin, xopenex.
• Must be experienced in delivering medication through aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered Dos inhaler.
• Must have experience with Handheld, T-piece and Trach collar nebulizers.
• Must have experience with high flow nasal cannula and trach collar oxygen therapy.
• Must have experience with BiPaP, CPAP, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, and weaning from mechanical ventilation.
• Teaching Hospital Experience Preferred but Not Required.
• First Time Travelers Experience Accepted
