Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies. This role includes patient assessment, therapeutic interventions, ventilator management, medication administration, and cardiopulmonary diagnostics.
Position Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Robinson, IL
Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Work Schedule: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM; Rotating days- (1st week W, TH, F; 2nd week M, T, W)
Pay rate: $59.00/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Perform respiratory assessments and reassessments
Administer respiratory therapies and medications
Monitor ABGs, vital signs, and patient response to treatment
Conduct cardiopulmonary testing (cardiac monitoring, lung capacity tests)
Maintain equipment, documentation, and safety standards
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
Skills, Education, or Experience:Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist License
RRT or CRT Certification
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Required
Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Strong EMR/computer skills
