Registered Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

Summary:

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Location: Childrens Hospital Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM

Responsibilities:

• Work required during Thanksgiving Holiday (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27).
• Float requirement across Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South).
• Weekend requirement includes 13 weekend shifts out of 26.
• Adhere to clients floating or reassignment policies within clinical competence and within thirty-five (35) miles of the originally assigned facility.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pediatric ICU.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Neonatal ICU.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP.
• Travel experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pediatric ICU.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Neonatal ICU.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.
