Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Psych to provide behavioral health services in a home health setting. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered psychiatric care, supporting individuals with mental health conditions, and improving overall quality of life in the comfort of patients’ homes.

This is a field-based role covering Methuen and surrounding areas, offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Schedule & Compensation Model

• Full-Time schedule
• Paid Per Visit Model:
  • Minimum: 28 visits per week
  • Typical Range: 28–40 visits per week
• Annual compensation range is an estimate based on productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health assessments in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient mental health status, medication adherence, and response to treatment
• Provide patient and family education on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts (required)
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) – Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing:
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years preferred)

OR

• Associate Degree (ADN) – Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing:
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3 years preferred)

Acceptable Experience Settings:

• Psychiatric hospital (acute care)
• Psychiatric home health
• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
• Outpatient psychiatric setting

Certifications & Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
