VA or compact license required at time of submission - no exceptions!
BLS required
1 year of experience required, will accept 1st time travelers
Epic experience required, no exceptions
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in an outpatient wound care setting, including assessment, treatment, dressing changes, patient education, and coordination of care for acute and chronic wounds. Collaborates closely with providers and interdisciplinary team members to support healing, ensure patient safety, and promote high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with organizational policies and evidence-based practices.
