Registered Nurse (Travel) - Med Surg Neuro - Wilmington, NCVitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse (Med Surg Neuro) for an acute care hospital in Wilmington, NC.Contract details- Weekly pay: $2,099/wk- Stipend: includes a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,526/wk where eligible (GSA FY2027 max for this location)- Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 18:45 7:15- Duration: 13 weeks- Start date: 11/16/2026- Openings: 3About the assignment- ACLS, CPI, & NIHSS preferred- 2 years of experience required- Weekend Requirement: 12-16 weekend shifts per contract- Ratios: 1:5-6- Pyxis, SBAR, & EPIC- Overtime: 40 total hours in 1 week: 1%Requirements- Active RN license for NC (compact accepted where applicable) and the Med Surg Neuro specialty- 2+ years of recent Med Surg Neuro experience- BLS and ACLS.
