What Youll Do- Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care for patients with cardiac monitoring needs
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to arrhythmias promptly
- Administer medications and IV therapies with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hospitalists and specialists
- Manage post-op and acute-care patients, including post-cardiac procedures
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Support patient safety through wound care, vital sign assessment, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
What You NeedRequired:- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or telemetry experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Ability to pass EKG competency exam
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Preferred:- Experience with post-operative cardiac care and orthopedic recovery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
