    The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization to find compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care for its Surgical Unit.

    In this role you will deliver high-quality nursing care by utilizing clinical expertise, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining excellence communication, and documentation.

    Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Nights | 12-hours Shifts | 0.9 FTE or 0.75 FTE

    What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize the nursing process to provide holistic, family-centered patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Collect, verify, and organize patients’ health information accurately and efficiently
    • Deliver direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Director (or designee) and Charge Nurse
    • Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
    • Support high-quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation
    • Facilitate patient hand-offs and support patients throughout the care continuum
    • Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a teamwork-focused environment
    • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills while embracing feedback and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing clinical setting
    • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism, flexibility, and emotional intelligence

    What We Are Looking For

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
    • BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required  
    • 1+ year of RN experience preferred
