With patients staying just 8-24 hours, youll care for a wide variety of diagnoses while using strong critical thinking, assessment, and time management skills to help determine the next step in each patients journey. Working closely with physicians, patients, families, and the Deaconess care team, youll be at the center of coordinating care, communicating results, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
