Hiring Bonus:
$18,000 for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience.
Up to $12,000 for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.
This is in addition to a fantastic benefits and compensation package.
Available Positions:
36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience:
RN Resident: Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
National Certification in area of specialty.
Responsibilities:
Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
Assist in surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical team.
Monitor patient status and provide appropriate interventions.
Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
