Description:
• Join our skilled nursing facility as a Registered Nurse Supervisor.
• Located in Rye, NY, this full-time position requires overseeing evening shift nursing activities.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state standards, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing for strategic growth.
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Minimum two years of management experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of gerontological nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and residents.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of New York State Nurse Practice Act and Health Skilled Nursing Facility requirements.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing service policies and procedures.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to supervise nursing personnel.
