Shift: 1st (7am to 3pm), 2nd (3pm to 11pm) and 3rd (11pm to 7am) with Every Other Weekend

What You’ll Do:
· Supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to policies and high-quality care.
· Oversee overnight resident care, clinical assessments, and acute pain management.
· Provide clinical leadership in a geriatric setting.
· Maintain accurate documentation and utilization management.
What We Are Looking For:
· Valid RN License and BSN degree.
· Proven experience in nursing leadership, management, or charge nurse roles.
· Strong communication and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
