Nurse Supervisor - Resource, Capacity, and Float Pool
Grafton, WI
Where You Will Work:
We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Supervisor - Resource, Capacity & Float Pool to support hospital-wide staffing operations and patient flow. This is a unique leadership opportunity to influence care delivery across multiple units while leading and developing a growing Float Pool team.

We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
Specialty certification (ANCC or equivalent) preferred but not required
Typically requires 3 years of experience in an inpatient nursing unit environment.
What You'll Do:
Support daily global staffing operations, proactively addressing barriers to patient flow and throughput
Oversee capacity management and resource allocation across the hospital
Monitor and support overflow areas, ensuring appropriate staffing and operational efficiency
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance support to Float Pool team members
Partner with leadership and the staffing office to maintain safe, efficient patient care delivery
