    Description

    The Outpatient Non-Oncology Infusion Nurse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating of nursing activities and patient care outcomes within the infusion center. This role ensures the coordination of clinical, operational, and financial functions to support high-quality, efficient care delivery.Key responsibilities include evaluating and managing staffing needs, maintaining appropriate inventory of patient care supplies, and ensuring adherence to fiscal and performance excellence standards. The Nurse Supervisor collaborates with interdisciplinary teams-including physicians, nursing staff, and pharmacy-to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate a patient-centered care model. Position plays a key role in developing and executing infusion service strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving new business initiatives. The Nurse Supervisor supports innovation and service line expansion to meet community needs while maintaining excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

    Are you a nurse leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding patient experience? We are seeking an Infusion Supervisor to help lead our growing Non-Oncology Infusion Centers.

    In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership while supporting staff development, quality initiatives, patient satisfaction, and daily center operations. You will serve as a trusted resource for frontline team members and collaborate closely with pharmacy, providers, quality, and operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing professional who is ready to expand their leadership skills and play an integral role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing specialty infusion program.

    Qualifications

    Degrees:

    • Bachelors.

    Licenses & Certifications:

    • Registered Nurse.
    • Basic Life Support.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Nursing required.
