About the Role:Validation Associates LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their growing team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Respond to patient emergencies and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
