    $39–$42/hour (based on clinical licensure years) + $3 Shift Differential

    Key Responsibilities
    • Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities
    • Provide preventative, routine, and emergency nursing care
    • Ensure compliance with physician/NP/PA orders
    • Complete monthly health reviews and required assessments
    • Provide health-related staff training
    • Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance
    • Participate in agency trainings and meetings
    • Collaborate with residential leadership and clinical teams

    Qualifications
    • Current NYS RN License
    • Valid NYS Driver’s License
    • CPR Certification
    • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
    • Experience in residential, community, or developmental disability settings preferred — but not required
