Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
- Work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals to monitor and document vital signs and patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and provide post-care support.
- Engage in research initiatives to improve cancer treatment protocols.
Qualifications:
- RN License: Active New York State RN license required.
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Experience: At least 1 year in outpatient oncology and medication administration.
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Travel between locations as needed.
