Connected Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at one of our trusted partner facilities in Hebron, Nebraska.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment while working a consistent 3x12-hour day shift schedule.

Position Details

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
• Travel nursing assignment
• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and complete required documentation
• Support residents with complex and long-term care needs

Requirements

• Active Nebraska RN license
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
