    Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown (Nights)
    Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH.

    Contract Details
    • Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12hr Nights 36hrs
    • Start Date: 9/28/2026
    • Contract: 13 Weeks
    • Location: Keene, NH
    • Hourly Pay: $ 31.20
    • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
    • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2088.40
    • Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
    • Traveler Policy: will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility). Perm address must be included in profile
    • Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
    • Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
    • EMR: Epic
    ** THIS IS A 36HR GUARANTEE. 48HR GUARANTEE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS NEED.

    ** BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED/CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.

    ** 5 days or less RTO accepted for this need. RTO for HALLOWEEN, OCTOBER 31 WILL NOT BE APPROVED FOR THIS NEED

    ** ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client.

    **Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

    Compensation:

    • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must have 2+ years Med Surg experience
    • Must be willing to float
    • CARDIAC DRIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. NOTE EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE
    • DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
    • NIHSS certification is strongly preferred
    • Must have EPIC experience
    • This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
    • Must have New Hampshire RN license or Compact
    • Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS
    • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
    • Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
    • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
    • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.

    Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

    • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
    • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
