We're preparing for upcoming RN opportunities with skilled nursing facilities on Long Island. These are permanent, full-time roles with the facility, not per diem.

You'll care for long-term residents on your unit, lead your shift, direct CNA staff, and build care plans you actually get to see through with the interdisciplinary team.

What's in it for you

• $46 to $55 per hour, set by the hiring facility, with shift differentials where offered
• Continuity with residents you get to know
• Full-time, on site; day, evening, night and weekend shifts depending on the facility

Who will love this role

• An RN with a current New York State license and current BLS or CPR
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Long-term care experience preferred; some facilities consider new graduates
• A nurse who likes leading a shift, not just covering one
