    Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Care & Rehabilitation

    Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin

    A respected senior care and rehabilitation community in New Berlin, Wisconsin is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its mission‑driven team. The organization provides both short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term skilled nursing care to older adults, offering holistic, person‑centered services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The campus is conveniently located near major medical centers and is known for delivering exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.

    This role is ideal for nursing professionals who value compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a workplace culture that prioritizes dignity, respect, and meaningful resident relationships.

    Position Details

    • Full‑time or Part‑time opportunities
    • AM, PM, or NOC shifts available
    • $39.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience
    • Shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts
    • Eligible for a sign‑on bonus

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care and oversee residents’ total health needs
    • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment plans
    • Document care activities accurately and maintain regulatory compliance
    • Support holistic, person‑centered care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    • Foster a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for all residents

    Requirements

    • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin
    • Active CPR certification
    • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Understanding of state and federal regulations
    • Strong communication, leadership, and critical‑thinking abilities
    • Commitment to confidentiality, quality outcomes, and adaptability
