Registered Nurse (RN)- School Nurse

Excel Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide full-time nursing coverage in Greece area of Rochester, NY starting September 21st.

Position Details

• Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay:Starting at $40+/hour (based on experience)
• Assignment: Full-time, long-term contract starting September 21st.

What You'll Do

• Provide routine school nursing care for Middle School students.
• Assess and triage student illnesses and injuries.
• Respond to student health concerns and emergencies.
• Support students with social-emotional needs while creating a safe, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate health records and medication documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Pediatric, school nursing, emergency, or community health experience is a plus.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine passion for working with children.
• Someone looking for a stable, long-term assignment who wants to become part of the school community.
