Want to help residents get stronger and go home?

We're preparing for upcoming RN opportunities on short-term rehab and subacute units at nursing and rehabilitation centers on Long Island. These are permanent, full-time roles with the facility.

You'll complete admission assessments for residents coming from the hospital, build care plans tied to real discharge goals, lead your shift, and work daily with physical, occupational and speech therapy and the attending physician.

• $46 to $55 per hour, set by the hiring facility, with shift differentials where offered
• A unit where you see residents make progress
• Full-time, on site; day, evening, night and weekend shifts depending on the facility

Who will love this role

• An RN with a current New York State license and current BLS or CPR
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Rehab, subacute or long-term care experience preferred; some facilities consider new graduates
• A nurse who enjoys working closely with therapy
