CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/Holiday
On Call Requirements : No Call
