Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Float Pool - Witham Medical Group - Days

Location: Multiple Witham Medical Group Locations – Lebanon, IN and surrounding service area

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients through the application of the nursing process, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and re-evaluation of care using a holistic approach. This PRN Float Pool position supports multiple Witham Medical Group physician office locations and may be scheduled to work at any clinic based on staffing and patient care needs. Collaborates as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team and effectively communicates the needs of patients and their significant others with all disciplines involved in the patient's care to ensure safe, coordinated, and high-quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
• Must hold a valid license to practice Nursing in the State of Indiana.
• CPR at first available opportunity at WHS.
• Previous experience in medical office preferred but training will be provided.
• Responsible for continuous self-professional development by attending seminars and maintaining CEU's.
