Private Duty Nursing Care
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care for individual clients in a home or private setting. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer focused, one-on-one care and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality nursing services.
Position Overview:
- One-to-one nursing care for a single client per shift
- Assignments may be short-term or ongoing
- Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and client needs
- Compensation: $70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical requirements

Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused bedside manner
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor patient condition
- Provide skilled nursing care, including:
- G-tube feeding
- Wound care
- IV/PICC line management and infusion therapies
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including mechanical lifts when required
- Provide support during advanced illness or end-of-life care when applicable
- Document care accurately and communicate with care coordinators and family members as needed
Additional Details:

- Assignments matched based on experience and comfort level
- Emphasis on safe, consistent, and attentive patient care
- Compensation: $0.70 - $1.00 per hour
