We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care forindividual clients in a home or private setting. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer focused,one-on-one care and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality nursing services.POSITION OVERVIEW One-to-one nursing care for a single client per shift Assignments may be short-term or ongoing Flexible scheduling based on nurse availability and client needsCOMPENSATION $70–$100 per hour, based on experience and clinical requirements Weekly pay Flexible schedulingQUALIFICATIONS Active New York State RN license Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience required BLS certification Strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgment Professional, dependable, and patient-focused bedside mannerRESPONSIBILITIES Administer medications and monitor patient condition Provide skilled nursing care, including:o G-tube feedingo Wound careo IV/PICC line management and infusion therapies Assist with mobility and transfers, including mechanical lifts when required Provide support during advanced illness or end-of-life care when applicable Document care accurately and communicate with care coordinators and family members as neededADDITIONAL DETAILS Clinical support available as needed Assignments matched based on experience and comfort level Emphasis on safe, consistent, and attentive patient care
