This is a PRN position that requires participation in an on-call rotation. It’s a great fit for an experienced home health RN looking for flexibility, competitive per-visit pay, and the support of an established clinical team.

PRN Visit Rates
- Start of Care: $125
- Recertification: $80
- Routine Visit: $55
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- Complete assessments and individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care needs
- Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in the PRN on-call rotation
What You’ll Need
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- One year of home health experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
